Due to the nature of our wholesale products, we cannot restock or resell products that have been returned to us. All products returned to J Fields Co must be discarded per FDA guidelines. Therefore, it is extremely important that you take steps to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order before it leaves J Fields Co.

While we do offer refunds and replacements on products that are damaged during shipping we do not offer refunds or accept returns on certain situations. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site, however, due to the nature of hand crafting we can not guarantee the exact color. J Fields Co products sold on this website are intended for cosmetic applications applied externally to the skin. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use. Note that during seasonal temperature changes natural products can become thinner or thicker. We cannot replace your product if it is not the viscosity that you expected. While samples can give you a general idea of what a larger size will be like, sometimes there can be slight differences. Natural ingredients do vary from lot to lot and thus a finished product can have slight variations. All of our products and ingredients are carefully chosen for quality.

To help reduce waste and ensure you are happy with your product choices, we recommend the following steps.

Before placing an order:

We recommend purchasing a ready to label size of the product you're interested in before purchasing a bulk size. Double-check your shopping cart to make sure it includes the correct products you intended to purchase.

After placing an order:

Check your email for your order confirmation. It's best to do this immediately after placing an order so that you can catch any errors in real time and contact J Fields Co before your order ships. For example, you may have provided an incorrect shipping address or accidentally ordered the wrong size of a bulk product. If you catch the error quickly we can fix it. We have a courtesy window of 24 hours to alter, change or modify an order.

If you feel that there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Please be mindful, we do not provide exchanges; there are no exceptions to our no refund/return policy.


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed for fulfillment the following business day.

Cancellations & Order Changes:

Orders can be cancelled and/or altered up to 24 hours after order placement. There are no exceptions. J Fields Co is not responsible for order placement mistakes made by the buyer. No exceptions. After 24 hours from order placement the sale is considered FINAL and cannot be canceled or altered. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and professionalism, and expect the same respect from all customers.

Production Completion:

Product completion time can and will vary. We have an anticipated turnaround of 2-3 weeks for orders under 200 units. Please be sure to schedule and time your inventory needs appropriately.  Orders over 200 units are assessed and scheduled on a case by case basis. If you have urgent time requests for your order please contact customer service and we will assist in the best way possible.
